Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Time Frame:
Products are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, returns/exchanges are not applicable, except under manufacturing defects covered by our warranty.
Condition of the Product:
Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
Original tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact and returned along with the product.
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return/refund but may be eligible for repair or buyback.
Product Type:
Ready-to-ship jewellery: Eligible for return or exchange.
Made-to-order or customized pieces: Non-returnable, only exchangeable under special conditions (case-by-case basis).
Earrings: Not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons but may be exchanged for manufacturing defects.
Process for Returns/Exchanges
Initiate Request:
Contact our customer support team via support email/phone/WhatsApp within the return window.Verification:
Our team will guide you through the verification process. You may be asked to share unboxing/clear product images to confirm eligibility.Pickup/Shipping:
For domestic orders, we will arrange secure reverse pickup through our trusted logistics partners.
For international orders, customers must arrange return shipping.
Quality Check:
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a strict quality inspection by our jewellery experts. Only after approval will the refund/exchange process begin.
Refunds
Mode of Refund: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Deductions: Shipping charges, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. In case of free shipping promotions, a nominal shipping charge may be deducted.
Gift Cards/Store Credits: Purchases made using store credits or gift cards will be refunded as credits only.
Exchanges
You may exchange your product for another design of equal or higher value.
In case of a higher value product, you will need to pay the price difference.
For lower-value products, the balance amount will be issued as a store credit (valid for 12 months).
Non-Returnable Items
Customized/engraved jewellery.
Orders made on special promotions, discounts, or clearance sale.
Earrings (due to hygiene and safety).
International Orders
Returns/exchanges for international orders are accepted; however, the customer will bear two-way shipping, duties, and taxes.
Refunds will be processed only after the product safely reaches us and passes quality checks.
