- All ready-to-ship jewellery pieces are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation.
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery may take 7–21 business days, depending on the design and craftsmanship required.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Charges
- Within India: We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of the order value.
- International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on the destination country, order weight, and customs requirements. The exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): Standard delivery takes 15-20 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- International: Delivery may take 25-30 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier timelines.

6. Delivery Guidelines
- Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- For security reasons, we require the recipient to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will reschedule the delivery or guide you for self-collection at their service center.
